Directions

So you’re coming to visit – GREAT!  Here are the directions to our home. Give us a call if you get lost. One point for UK drivers (apart from the obvious “remember – they drive on the wrong side of the road“) is when you come to a junction, the  sign above the intersection is the name of  cross-street i.e. not the name of the road you’re on.

From Orlando International Airport:

Note: The 417 is a Toll Road – you will need about $4 for this journey

1. Head for the North exit
2. Take the 528 (Beeline / Beachline expressway) East
3. After 4 miles, join the 417 North
4. Continue along the 417 for about 27 miles
5. Come off the 417 at Rinehart Road, take the right at the end of the exit ramp
6. Continue until you reach the 46 (~1 mile), turn left and head under the I-4 highway
7. Continue along the 46 for 1 mile
8. Turn into the Lake Forest community on the right
9. At the gatehouse approach in the left lane and be prepared to show some ID
10. Once in the community we’re the first road on the left and the first house on the left

From Orlando:

1. Head north on the I-4
2. Take exit 101C immediately bear left (i.e. do not go on the 417)
3. At the end of the ramp turn left on to the 46 and go under the I-4 highway
4. Continue along the 46 for 1 mile
5. Turn into the Lake Forest community on the right
6. At the gatehouse approach in the left lane and be prepared to show some ID
7. Once in the community we’re the first road on the left and the first house on the left
